Still thinking.
I have asked a number of people for suggestions about problems that may be resolved through the use of some type of e-based training or an EPSS. I really hadn't gotten too many responses until this morning when an assistant manager told me that a real problem that she has is one that may be solved through the use of a website, or one aspect of a website, that I developed in my Internship class this past summer. Would that be acceptable for this class?

John,
I would like to learn more about your company and your positin in the company.
I agree, motivation is an important component of good work performance. Since there are many training opportunities to increase workers' knowledge and skills at the workplace, I think that there should be equl learning opportunities for managers and administrtors to increase workers' motivation.
Did you have the chance to attend the September Motivation Show event in Chicago?
Mirela, I will tell you more about my position when I return to class. I will be off for a couple of weeks. Maybe being away from work will give me some time to think about this. Sadly, I wasn't able to attend the shows. Hopefully another opportunity will present itself.
Hey John, this is Art Gonzalez (Arturo) from class. I'll leave you this comment on the promise that you will post another entry here that I could comment on.
Liked your site. It is really celebrative. Good going on your taking the long way of regularly attending school.
My first college class was '83 - I think I'm moving from what would be the junior year to what would be the senior year right about now.
We'll show those dupes who went straight through school.
Thanks for the cookies,
-Art
Oh yeah! You're email didn't really tell me how to get here. If you want comments you'd better send a second email with a link to get here, without having the person know that they should click on "ASSIGNMENT 3B".
Arturo, thanks for visiting the site. I am glad to hear that you are a lifer in school like I am! This is my last semester after a long trek. My first class was at Wright College (south) in 1981. I like to say that it took me 22 years to get my Associates! B^) Now I am wondering if I should continue on for my Masters, or go back to Wright or what. Decisions, decisions. Glad that you like the cookies. See you tonight.
