E-learning

I am looking forward to providing some substance to this post. I admit going in to this project that I am biased towards finding support for it. Lee Iacocca is quoted at http://www.dailycelebrations.com/communication.htm as saying, "You can have brilliant ideas, but if you can't get them across, your ideas won't get you anywhere." A Blog provides people with the forum to get those great ideas across, to make suggestions, and to offer constructive criticism in order to bring about positive results.

I agree that blogs provide people with the forum to get ideas across, to make suggestions, and to offer constructive criticism but in some cases there are negatives. Some negatives include misinformation, ridicule, and purposeful sabotage. One must weigh both sides before implementing organizational change.

James, that is a good point. I was thinking that maybe I would have it where people had to log in, but where only I would know who said exactly what. I haven't finished it all yet. Thanks for the post..
